Vexo Player is a media player application that supports M3U playlists and network streaming. The App provides a user interface for playing media content from user-provided sources. Vexo Player does not host, provide, or distribute any media content.
3. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the content you access through the App. You agree to use the App only with legally obtained media sources and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
4. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Vexo Player. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
Vexo Player is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or third-party content issues.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
